These terms apply to approved TrendBoss affiliates. Joining or using a TrendBoss referral link means you agree to these terms and any programme settings shown in the affiliate portal.
Approval and attribution
Applications are reviewed for audience relevance, identity and promotion quality. The standard attribution window is 60 days after the last eligible affiliate click. Free accounts, leads and clicks do not earn commission.
Commission
Approved affiliates earn 30% of every eligible paid monthly Pro charge while the referred customer remains subscribed and paid. An eligible Founding Lifetime purchase earns 30% once. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected after discounts and excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits and unpaid invoices.
Payouts
Approved commission is reviewed monthly under NET-30 terms. The minimum payout is $50 USD and smaller balances roll forward. Identity, tax and payout verification must be complete before payment.
Prohibited promotion
Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fabricated traffic, spam, misleading redirects, undisclosed endorsements and false product claims are prohibited. Affiliates may not bid on TrendBoss brand terms, publish unauthorised coupons, impersonate TrendBoss or imply endorsement by any supported social platform, public research source or customer.
Required disclosure
Affiliate promotions must disclose the commercial relationship clearly and where an ordinary viewer is likely to notice it. Partners remain responsible for applicable laws and platform rules.
Product claims
TrendBoss is a user-triggered research and organisation tool. It does not guarantee virality, reach, income or follower growth and does not promise access to hidden or private platform data.
Suspension and changes
TrendBoss may hold disputed commission while investigating fraud or technical error and may suspend or terminate a material breach. Programme changes apply prospectively after notice; valid commission already earned remains payable unless connected to fraud or the breach.
