You may use TrendBoss to research content you are authorised to view. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, social-platform terms and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use TrendBoss to bypass access controls, collect passwords or private communications, harass individuals, infringe intellectual property, resell personal data or conduct unlawful automated activity. TrendBoss is a research and organisation tool, not a guarantee of content performance.
Your content and captured data
You retain your rights in content you create. You grant TrendBoss the limited rights needed to host and process data you choose to sync. Capturing a post does not transfer ownership of that post or permit copying another creator’s protected expression.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Usage may be subject to documented plan limits and fair-use safeguards.
Service availability
Social platforms change their interfaces regularly. Capture availability and individual data fields may change as a result. We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Disclaimers and liability
TrendBoss is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
