Email hello@trendboss.xyz from the address associated with your TrendBoss workspace. Include the social platform, page URL and the message shown in the extension. Never send social-media passwords, cookies or private account credentials.
Install the Chrome extension
Install TrendBoss Capture from its official Chrome Web Store listing, then pin it or open it from Chrome’s side panel. Sign in to TrendBoss in the same Chrome profile before choosing Connect TrendBoss Account.
Connect your workspace
The extension opens a secure TrendBoss authorization window and connects to your existing dashboard session. It does not request or receive your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X password.
Capture or update an account
Open a supported profile, page, group or channel that you can already view. Scroll to load the posts you want, open the TrendBoss side panel, capture visible posts and choose Add account to TrendBoss or Update account in TrendBoss.
Troubleshooting
If no account is detected, refresh the social page and reopen the side panel. If your TrendBoss session expired, sign in at the dashboard and connect again. Platform interfaces change over time, so send the visible error and source URL when reporting a capture issue.
